Quantity Surveyor (KSA, SA)

Carry out detailed quantification for multi-disciplinary construction projects, preparing accurate cost estimates and budget forecasts. Support tendering by preparing tender documents, analyzing bids, and negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers. Administer construction contracts, process change orders, and assist with variations, claims, and dispute resolution. Perform quantity takeoffs from drawings, implement cost control and value engineering, and contribute to HSE initiatives while reporting progress and cost status to stakeholders.
