Job Summary

Handle a full set of accounting for payables, receivables, inventories, and the general ledger. Prepare balance sheet and profit & loss reports with variance analysis, ensure accurate journal entries, and support month-end/year-end close. Maintain audit schedules and reconciliations, substantiate transactions with supporting documents, and monitor cash balances. Work with the Accounting Manager on audits and ad-hoc requests, using ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite preferred) and AI tools to improve productivity.

Key Responsibilities

•Handle a set of accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventories, and the general ledger.
•Summarise current financial status by preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports including variance analysis.
•Prepare and record journal entries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards.
•Conduct month-end and year-end close process activities.
•Ensure completeness and accuracy of audit schedules and reconciliations, and substantiate financial transactions with supporting documents.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are preferred.
•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation with proven experience handling a full set of accounts.
•Experience in audit (external and/or internal audit) is highly preferred.
•Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
•Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail; strong communication and the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
