Bids & Proposals Manager

Lead bid and proposal efforts by assembling and managing multidisciplinary bid teams, ensuring quality, commercial accuracy, and legal compliance. Research client needs, support go/no-go and pursuit planning, and contribute to winning strategies using insights from prior bids. Coordinate responses with technical and marketing partners, define bid requirements, and manage bid document version control to deliver on schedules.
