Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform service operations and service transition support for IT infrastructure including desktop computers, thin clients, servers, telephones, cabling, and administration.
  • •Install, upgrade, repair, and support customer baseline equipment and related devices.
  • •Conduct daily systems checks and datacenter walkthroughs for alerts, alarms, degradation of services, and systems.
  • •Troubleshoot, diagnose, isolate, and resolve system service failures to meet program resolution timelines.
  • •Maintain situational awareness and communicate incident/change updates, including updating CMDB and knowledge articles.
