Portfolio Manager, NextGear Capital (NC, VA, and West VA territory)

Manage and grow a portfolio of dealer clients across the NC, VA, and West VA market, optimizing each client’s use of lines of credit from $50,000 to $2.5M. Build and maintain relationships, set performance targets, and coach clients on best practices and policy compliance. Monitor dealer financials and internal dashboards to identify risk, collaborate with Risk & Recovery on pre-default mitigation and post-default collections, and document client activity in Salesforce.
