Job Summary

Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials for production and business operations within the Supply Chain team. Issue, check, and track purchase orders in SAP, confirm order details (price and delivery dates), and coordinate transport and receipt documentation. Communicate daily with suppliers, support forecasting, collaborate with finance on invoicing and with quality, and participate in Tier 2 and Tier 3 meetings to drive issue resolution and escalation.

•Collaborate with the finance department on invoicing and with the quality department.
•Participate in Tier 2 and Tier 3 meetings and support problem-solving and escalation processes.
