Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and negotiate technology-related commercial agreements with customers, including master services and SaaS agreements, data processing addenda, data security addenda, and NDAs.
  • •Review, negotiate, and structure vendor and partnership agreements as needed.
  • •Design, implement, and iterate on legal AI initiatives, policies, processes, and procedures to improve the legal engagement model.
  • •Provide pragmatic legal and strategic support on cross-functional projects and advise teams on meeting objectives while complying with global laws and customer requirements.
  • •Collaborate with product, engineering, security, and other business units to embed privacy-by-design principles in products, services, and business arrangements.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years drafting and negotiating inbound and outbound commercial agreements, including SaaS, with minimal supervision.
