Job Summary

Own the technical onboarding and implementation of SaaS solutions for new enterprise customers, bridging closed sales to active customer success. Focus on accelerating time-to-value, troubleshooting data integration roadblocks, and creating repeatable onboarding playbooks to reduce friction and improve onboarding KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end technical onboarding and implementation of SaaS solutions for new enterprise customers.
•Bridge customer technical teams with internal engineering/data teams to define and execute data ingestion strategies.
•Manage complex data requirements, including leading ontology mapping to align customer data with AI models.
•Develop, manage, and execute detailed delivery project plans to meet timelines, milestones, and customer expectations.
•Create repeatable onboarding playbooks and troubleshoot early-stage data integration roadblocks to ensure smooth platform transition.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in technical delivery, SaaS implementation, solutions architecture, or technical account management.
•Proven experience onboarding B2B enterprise customers with heavy data integration requirements.
•Hands-on experience with data ingestion pipelines, APIs, ETL processes, and complex data mapping/ontology mapping.
•Experience working alongside sales or business development teams in a fast-paced tech environment.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master) are highly valued.
