Key Responsibilities

  • •Support day-to-day HR operational needs by executing transactional tasks accurately and timely.
  • •Monitor/manage shared communication channels and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • •Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate logistics.
  • •Maintain accurate and complete employee records and documentation, including repository updates.
  • •Send first-day communications (confirmation emails, manager calendar invites, new hire surveys) and support audits/compliance reviews as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s degree (or higher) program.
  • •Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • •Required to work between 15–29 hours a week.
