Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to practice strategy, service line development, and go-to-market activities.
  • •Engage with government bodies, regulators, and private stakeholders to understand requirements and develop a pipeline of qualifying infrastructure projects.
  • •Provide advisory support across the full project lifecycle, including strategy, business case preparation, and commercial structuring.
  • •Oversee technical and commercial due diligence and translate technical/sector depth into board- and ministry-ready narratives.
  • •Supervise junior team members, providing direction, monitoring, feedback, and ongoing learning and development.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc. in accounting and finance, economics, engineering, management, policy, or related field.
  • •Professional qualification (MBA and/or CFA) or similar study (preferred).
  • •8+ years of infrastructure advisory experience, including investment and transaction advisory in PPP/JV or infrastructure M&A contexts.
  • •Track record leading projects to reach commercial and/or financial close.
  • •Strong English written and oral presentation skills; Arabic skills valuable (not mandatory).
