Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a high-level advisor during Partner architecture reviews, guiding Agentic readiness and transitions from monolithic to modular, metadata-driven architectures.
  • •Advise executive leadership on engineering, including DevOps, release management, and support models for the AI era.
  • •Direct implementation and governance of the ISV Center of Excellence (COE) framework across enablement, architectural governance, engineering intelligence, and performance.
  • •Define and lead a Technical Success Blueprint for partner modernization milestones and performance benchmarks, connecting architecture decisions to ROI and revenue outcomes.
  • •Lead partners through agentic AI transformation (agent orchestration, tool calling, trust architecture, MCP/A2A protocols) and build prototypes/POCs for credibility.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of technical leadership (CTO, VP of Engineering, or Principal Architect) within a SaaS or ISV environment.
  • •Deep expertise in Salesforce platform evolution, including Agentic AI, 2GP packaging, and Data Cloud.
  • •Strong enterprise architecture fundamentals: integration patterns, data modeling, identity and trust, multi-cloud design, and event-driven architecture.
  • •Proven ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and drive organizational change without direct authority over delivery teams.
  • •Working knowledge of LLM patterns, RAG, grounding, AI governance, and responsible AI frameworks, with experience building/prototyping with AI.
