Job Summary

Drive long-range demand and sourcing guidance by defining commodity strategies that balance cost, availability, and risk. You’ll align and execute planning strategies with Product Group, Product Operations, Procurement, and Global Planning across Asia Pacific Japan & Greater China. Partner with the Global Commodity planning & procurement team on Demand Sensing, Supply Planning, Transition Planning, risk mitigation, and supply chain operations orchestration while serving as the commodity business owner and stakeholder POC.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop long-range demand and sourcing guidance while defining commodity strategies that balance cost, availability, and risk.
•Partner with Product Group, Product Operations, Procurement, and Global Planning to align and execute planning strategies.
•Manage market commodity long-range sourcing guidance with the Global Commodity planning & procurement team, including Demand Sensing, Supply Planning, Transition Planning, risk mitigation, and supply chain operations orchestration.
•Serve as business owner to the organization leader on commodity-level supportability, Demand Sensing, transition planning, and performance measurements.
•Act as primary stakeholder interface/POC for designated commodity, leading commodity transition planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, finance, or related fields.
•Strong business and financial acumen with advanced data modeling skills (e.g., Excel, analytics tools).
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with structured thinking.
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Engineering, or related field (MBA/advanced degree preferred).
