Key Responsibilities

  • •Interact with guests and cultivate regular guests and repeat business.
  • •Perform pour tests as required before each shift.
  • •Suggestively sell beverages and menu items while delivering orders promptly.
  • •Prepare beverages to standard recipes/venue specifications and record equipment failures and safety hazards in the bar log.
  • •Follow responsible alcohol service procedures: ID checks, refuse service when intoxicated, and complete opening/running/closing plus cash pull and bartender bank tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Complete a Responsible Alcohol Awareness training certification (or equivalent) required for the role.
  • •Cash handling experience.
  • •Ability to work late hours with a flexible schedule.
  • •Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs and physically pass a pour test and mixology drill.
