Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the consulting strategy and go-to-market propositions for the utilities market, and oversee project delivery as engagement lead (deadlines, quality, budget).
  • •Lead delivery of consulting and AMO engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • •Develop commercial activity: client engagement across the platform, respond to bids, draft and defend proposals, and build alliances.
  • •Foster leadership within the consulting team: recruit, train, and cultivate a positive, collaborative working environment.
  • •Contribute to firm growth: recruitment, white papers, and events to enhance the practice and its visibility.

Salary: EUR 75,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BAC+5 or equivalent (master’s level)
