Key Responsibilities

•Case management and overseeing workers’ compensation processes including claims management, lost time, and return-to-work programs
•Design, implement, and manage occupational health programs focused on injury and illness prevention
•Develop health surveillance programs including infectious diseases, bloodborne pathogens, respiratory protection, and hearing protection
•Oversee ergonomic evaluations, training compliance, and RSI/CTD injury prevention
•Collaborate with HR, safety, and facilities to promote cohesive health and safety strategies and serve as primary contact for health-related inquiries
