Key Responsibilities

•Guide policyholders through medical aspects of auto insurance claims and educate on medical documents and eligibility.
•Investigate medical necessity and casualty determination for personal injury claims.
•Evaluate the validity of personal injury claims and monitor case files throughout treatment.
•Coordinate with customers, carriers, attorneys, and medical providers to secure information and review contracts and billing documentation.
•Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues to ensure a positive claims experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 23.41 - 29.41 hourly

•Customer-facing claims experience preferred
•Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals preferred
•Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided)
