Teller I

Provide teller services and deliver courteous, accurate customer experiences at the Lufkin Brentwood branch. Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and change orders; verify identification and transaction validity; maintain cash drawer balancing and security. Support sales goals through cross-sell opportunities, handle compliance reporting (including CTRs/SARs and Reg CC holds), and complete customer follow-ups and thank-you calls.
