Key Responsibilities

  • •Research and develop novel LLM architectures and training methods to improve performance and efficiency.
  • •Explore LLM applications in coding generation, optimization, and related areas.
  • •Develop and maintain large-scale deep learning systems incorporating LLMs and other AI techniques.
  • •Participate in the design and implementation of advanced agentic LLM systems, including tool calling.
  • •Collaborate with internal business teams to define and implement AI strategies for TI products.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a PhD program in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
  • •Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher.
  • •Solid background in Natural Language Processing, Large Language Models, and deep learning frameworks.
  • •Proficiency in Python and C/C++, with software design skills including debugging, performance analysis, and optimization.
  • •Experience designing, developing, and deploying LLMs as shown by first-authored publications at leading AI/ML conferences or workshops.
