Key Requirements

  • •Have a university degree in production management, industrial engineering, or equivalent, with prior experience in an industrial environment.

  • •Master continuous improvement tools such as Lean and 5S, and use production management systems (ERP, GPAO).
  • •Have strong organization and proactive leadership, with good communication skills (preferably bilingual).
  • •Be able to support production planning and daily operations to achieve targets for quality, quantity, cost, and timing.
