Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise personnel and production workflow to ensure safe operations, quality, and on-time delivery.
  • •Operate all stations of the work center for employee training and troubleshooting; confirm proper safety instruction.
  • •Lead shift meetings/huddles, assign tasks, ensure correct safety equipment use, and maintain safety awareness throughout shift.
  • •Allocate shift personnel across production areas to meet scheduled jobs and production efficiencies; encourage maximum shift production flow.
