Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, and track machine service intervals.
  • •Diagnose issues and determine root cause and corrective action using real-time data across many equipment makes and models.
  • •Perform maintenance and repair on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems with independent judgment.
  • •Maintain daily paperwork and electronic documentation of work performed (work orders).
  • •Assist with training lower-level technicians and support equipment and parts pick-up and delivery as needed.
