Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track service intervals and order parts.
  • •Diagnose equipment issues by pulling data from hundreds of makes and models and determine root cause and corrective action.
  • •Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems using independent judgment.
  • •Maintain complete, timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed daily.
  • •Assist with training lower-level technicians and support pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Experience in field service, maintenance and repair is preferred.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred.
  • •Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform required physical movements; safety-sensitive role requires passing a 10-panel drug screen.
