Job Summary

Support the Planning & Performance team in the Faubourg Saint-Honoré store by managing employee timekeeping and planning needs. Serve as a key point of contact for Payroll, HR, managers, and collaborators: correct schedules and overtime, ensure leave and time-off tracking, and flag time-management anomalies. During Sep–Nov 2026, also help with onboarding/offboarding and uniform-related processes to support store operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Planning & Performance team on their ADP scope.
•Act as a primary contact for Payroll, HR, managers, and employees.
•Correct working hours and adjust overtime in the time management/payroll tool while ensuring legal and Group rules are followed.
•Track leave counters and time-off compensations, and identify timekeeping anomalies to inform the right stakeholders.
•Contribute as needed to onboarding/offboarding and uniform management, including uniform delivery/explanations and restitution formalities.

Key Requirements

•Bac or Bac+2 and/or confirmed experience in administrative functions.
•Minimum 1 year of experience (per requisition).
•Great rigor and ability to maintain concentration.
•Discretion and strong sense of confidentiality.
•Team spirit, willingness to help, and customer service mindset.
