Key Requirements

  • •Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education (or a relevant subject area) or equivalent experience.
  • •Hold a recognised teaching qualification such as PGCE, PGDE, or B.Ed. (or equivalent).
  • •Significant successful teaching experience in a school environment.
  • •Proven experience in curriculum leadership, senior leadership, or a comparable whole-school role.
  • •Strong track record in curriculum design, development, implementation, and quality assurance, including assessment and student performance data use.
