•Maintain KPI tracking for the field sales team to evaluate performance and ROI and deliver actionable insights.
•Analyze field survey data with point-of-sale (POS) sales to uncover store-level insights, trends, and execution quality.
•Measure promotional program effectiveness using in-store execution rates and quantified sales impact.
•Assess POS sales impact of merchandising bays and product placements by evaluating compliance with presentation standards.
•Evaluate sales impact of field representative activity during events and assess routing strategies to optimize coverage and resource allocation.
