  • •Colaboração Interdisciplinar: Trabalhar em conjunto com equipes multifuncionais para garantir a resolução rápida de problemas, sempre focando na satisfação do cliente.
  • •Documentação: Elaborar e manter documentação detalhada de soluções e processos, garantindo uma base de conhecimento sólida para uso futuro por toda a equipe.
  • •Participar de um ambiente semi-presencial com presença no escritório em pelo menos três dias por semana.
  • •Garantir a qualidade do suporte técnico e a comunicação efetiva com usuários e equipes.

Key Requirements

  • •Possuir Formação superior completo ou cursando ou técnico completo na área de TI.
  • •Possuir Experiência com PL/SQL.
  • •Desejável experiência com Integrações.
