Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the Quality Assurance Department and develop, implement, coordinate, and continually improve the QA Program and QMS aligned to ISO 9001.
  • •Establish and continually improve a compliant QMS across all departments, including evaluation, auditing, analysis, and validation of effective implementation.
  • •Evaluate overall departmental performance against ISO, statutory/regulatory requirements, PWS (contract) requirements, and QMS requirements.
  • •Develop and run an internal audit program; evaluate audit findings and coordinate corrective/preventive actions via CARs/PARs.
  • •Perform independent analysis to determine scope and root cause, define corrective actions, and conduct process/product measurements and analysis in accordance with ISO 9001.

Salary: USD 83,157 - 141,617 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • •5–10 years of quality assurance/quality control experience in a manufacturing, depot, or industrial production environment.
  • •Strong understanding of ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies; LSSGB/LSSBB certification preferred.
  • •Proven experience with inspection processes, quality audits, root-cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA).
  • •Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
