Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the management of projects from RIBA 1 to 6, providing consultancy project management advice throughout.
  • •Support development of plans and strategies to deliver project objectives.
  • •Support and manage the project team.
  • •Support the identification and resolution of differences between individuals and/or interest groups.
  • •Support the Lead Consultant with contract discussions, feasibility report production, progress monitoring, and risk/variance mitigation strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience of public sector projects with Local and Central Government agencies, with Education experience desirable.
  • •Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations for infrastructure projects, in particular CDM regulations.
  • •Experience working across project stages from Feasibility Study through to Operation is desirable.
  • •Experience supporting procurement of contractors, development of contractual documents, and achieving Contract Close is desirable.
  • •Chartership to MAPM, MCIOB, MRICS or equivalent is desirable.
