Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with IT, Finance, and Accounting to understand processes, challenges, and system needs.
  • •Support requirements gathering, business process analysis, data mapping, documentation, QA/UAT support, defect triage, and go-live readiness.
  • •Maintain and troubleshoot financial applications such as Oracle, Workday, and Hyperion.
  • •Analyze upstream and downstream impacts across policy administration, commissions, payments, ledger, FAH, and accounting processes to design end-to-end solutions.
  • •Maintain comprehensive JIRA documentation and use critical thinking and innovation (including AI fluency) to improve process efficiency and delivery outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience supporting Finance, Accounting, Insurance, or financial systems.
  • •Experience with ERP and financial systems such as Oracle, Workday, SAP, Hyperion, or similar platforms.
  • •Ability to analyze business problems, review system/data mappings and technical artifacts, and make recommendations.
  • •Experience with JIRA, business requirements documentation, process modeling, data mapping, and QA/UAT coordination, defect management, and release readiness.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent education plus relevant experience.
