•Provide automation coverage for squads’ services.
•Build and maintain fast-turnaround regression suites that gate weekly code deploys.
•Detect issues quickly and report quality signals within minutes.
•Create load/stress coverage to validate latency budgets for services.
•Ensure automation-first quality without becoming a bottleneck in the weekly release process.

Key Requirements

•5+ years SDET experience writing real automation code (Go/Python), not manual scripts; automation-first is required.
•Strong issue isolation and root-cause debugging skills to narrow failures to the service, commit, or event.
•Fast regression testing discipline with parallelized suites and smart test selection to produce results in minutes.
•Experience with load/stress/soak testing in high-load, low-latency systems and knowing how to find system limits.
•Comfortable testing event-driven systems, WebSocket flows, and browser extensions, including handling race conditions and real-time state.
