Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the transformation of Fury toward an agent-first platform, coordinating with platform teams to make it 100% operable by AI agents.
  • •Lead the development of new AI-based functionalities (LLMs, MCPs, Agents, etc.) with impact across multiple MELI services and teams.
  • •Evolve the troubleshooting agent platform to reduce operational load for Cloud & Platform teams through support automation.
  • •Define and track the team’s technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with Cloud & Platform strategic priorities.
  • •Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate new AI capabilities; monitor KPIs and project impact while supporting team growth and development.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience leading technical teams, preferably in platform or infrastructure contexts.
  • •Knowledge of the AI agents ecosystem, including LLMs and tools such as MCPs.
  • •Experience defining and managing technical and product roadmaps across multiple stakeholders.
  • •Experience with microservices architectures, services, and cloud.
  • •Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
