Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with bus dispatchers, schedulers, and TMP supervisors on rotating duties and responsibilities.
  • •Conduct safety checks on assigned vehicles and equipment on a rotational basis.
  • •Assist with vehicle servicing, fueling, and minor repairs as needed to keep operations running.
  • •Maintain clean, clear, and organized motor pool operating areas and communicate equipment/parts condition to supervisors.
  • •Operate yard equipment when necessary to position GSA fleet and buses within the yard.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate or equivalent.
  • •Proficiency in motor pool operations and familiarity with motorized equipment.
  • •Pass pre-employment drug test and background screening.
  • •Obtain and maintain a CAC after a favorable TIER-1 investigation result.
  • •Hold a REAL ID-compliant, state-issued driver’s license (CDL with P and X endorsement preferred).
