Key Responsibilities

•Build and execute strategic account plans in partnership with Accenture to drive Microsoft-focused growth.
•Lead the sale of large and complex opportunities.
•Act as a trusted advisor, engaging C-level stakeholders to shape and drive digital transformation strategies.
•Identify and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities within Accenture’s client base.
•Ensure deal compliance, contract negotiation, and financial performance alignment.

Key Requirements

•Experience in partner-driven sales models, ideally with Accenture or similar strategic alliances.
•Proven success in enterprise technology sales with a focus on Microsoft solutions (Cloud, Data & AI, Modern Workplace, Biz Apps).
•Strong ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders in a structured sales environment.
•Familiarity with Capital Markets and/or Insurance, and B2B sectors, with the ability to engage at the C-suite level.
•Ability to align Microsoft technology solutions to business transformation needs within Accenture’s consulting framework.
