Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead ESG and Sustainable Finance initiatives impacting Global Finance processes for external disclosures and internal reporting.
  • •Work with business and requirements workstreams to establish data requirements for ESG deliverables.
  • •Ensure readiness of finance data to meet ESG reporting requirements, including data uplifts and data gap plugs.
  • •Support data aspects of the program lifecycle, including alignment to ESG design/architecture, PoC, testing, and go-live readiness.
  • •Engage stakeholders across Finance, ensure data controls and data governance for ESG support, and confirm trusted sources readiness for approvals.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Finance Change function in a BA/SME capacity.
  • •Familiarity with reconciliation and adjustments concepts.
  • •Basic accounting awareness, including general ledger concepts.
  • •Strong analytical skills with experience in break investigation, root-cause analysis, and closing items to SLA.
  • •SQL (basic to intermediate) for data analysis and investigation.
