Diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid vehicles in the field while traveling to client locations. Serve as a service advisor by handling parts-related duties like ordering, returns, and inventory, and deliver strong customer experiences through vehicle walkthroughs, accurate documentation, and clear communication. Maintain high knowledge of EV high-/low-voltage systems, invoice and collect payments, and use software tools to document interactions and manage service visits.
