Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage a comprehensive Private Bank banking strategy and tactical business plans to drive sustainable loan and deposit growth.
  • •Define and champion the overall Private Banking client experience, establishing service standards and leading transformation initiatives.
  • •Build and expand the client portfolio through relationship management, targeted business development, and collaboration with commercial banking partners for cross-sell opportunities.
  • •Lead and mentor bankers to deliver comprehensive loan and deposit solutions, including guidance on relationship management and product knowledge.
  • •Partner with Private Client Advisors and Investment Advisors to deliver integrated wealth strategy capabilities and manage credit opportunities with underwriting and credit approval.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of progressive experience in financial services, including 10+ years in private banking, relationship management, or wealth management roles.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or an equivalent relevant field.
  • •Formal credit training and credit risk management experience.
