Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage and support affiliate governance activities, including coordination of board-related matters and follow-up actions.
  • •Provide professional advisory input on affiliate-related issues, ensuring alignment with approved governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • •Engage proactively with internal stakeholders and affiliate management to support resolution of complex or non-routine matters.
  • •Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of affiliate performance, governance effectiveness, and compliance.
  • •Analyze the financial performance of affiliates and support budget and funding discussions.
  • •Coordinate with internal functions such as legal, finance, compliance, and policy units to ensure coherent and timely outcomes.
  • •Prepare and review analytical materials, reports, and briefing notes to support management awareness and decision-making.
  • •Handle sensitive information with a high level of professionalism, judgment, and discretion.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • •Relevant professional experience in affiliate management, governance, advisory, or related roles within large or regulated organizations.
  • •Demonstrated ability to operate independently with sound professional judgment.
  • •Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • •Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
