Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of Pigment, including data integrity, model structure, and user support.
  • •Act as the internal AI champion to drive workflow improvements and own outcomes.
  • •Identify manual, repetitive finance processes and build automated replacements, including scripted data pulls and AI-assisted reporting workflows.
  • •Design and maintain driver-based financial models, forecasts, and dashboards for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • •Partner with Accounting and Rev Ops to pull, validate, and reconcile data across ERP, CRM, and other planning systems.

Key Requirements

  • •3-6 years of experience in FP&A, financial systems, or a hybrid finance/analytics role.
  • •Hands-on experience with an FP&A planning tool (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, or similar) and generative AI/LLM tools.
  • •Practical experience applying AI or automation tools to real finance workflows.
  • •Strong SQL plus advanced Excel and Power Query skills.
  • •Comfort owning a build end-to-end (mapping a manual process, designing the automated replacement, rolling it out) and partnering with technical/non-technical stakeholders.
