Key Responsibilities

•Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and reporting, including financial controls and compliance.
•Oversee rebate and claim management via Price-fx, including accruals/payouts and SOX compliance.
•Prepare audit schedules, answer audit queries, and provide data to meet deadlines.
•Independently lead AR closing activities for various countries within the AMEA region and drive customer reconciliation and balance confirmations.
•Manage a team of 3–4 people, ensure timely assignment/completion of tasks, and maintain dashboard/metrics visual management.

Key Requirements

•5 to 8 years of hands-on Accounts Receivable experience.
•At least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role in an MNC or shared service organization.
•M.Com/ICWA/CA qualification.
•Strong knowledge of general accounting with closing and reporting.
•Proficient written and verbal English and good communication skills.
