Key Responsibilities

  • •Build Sonar’s Partner Accreditation Program from the ground up, creating the foundational infrastructure for scalable partner accreditation.
  • •Own the full lifecycle of partner learning, including curriculum design, content contribution, LMS operations, credentialing, and program reporting.
  • •Design and manage end-to-end learning paths for partner personas across Track A (Sales) and Track B (Technical) accreditation programs.
  • •Administer digital credentialing, including badge configuration, issuance workflows, and integration with the partner portal.
  • •Define and maintain assessment frameworks and deliver program reporting on completion rates, pipeline influence, and accreditation velocity.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of experience in partner enablement, channel programs, customer education, or a closely related field.
  • •Demonstrated ability to build structured learning programs, including curriculum design, assessment development, and credentialing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • •Hands-on experience with a Learning Management System (LMS), including publishing, managing, and reporting on course content.
  • •Comfortable moving across curriculum strategy, LMS configuration, and stakeholder reporting without losing momentum.
  • •Strong project management instincts to set timelines, identify dependencies, and follow through without being micromanaged.
