Senior Cost Control Manager – Data Center Construction

Deliver cost management services as the key day-to-day client interface across a large-scale data center construction program. Lead change management and commercial governance to ensure changes are evaluated, documented, approved, and transparently reflected in cost reporting. Perform cost planning, estimating, valuations, variance analysis, and monthly forecasts, while supporting dispute avoidance and mentoring teams to strengthen cost control best practices.
