Job Summary

Own master data maintenance for large volumes of items, vendors, and customers to support accurate data standards used in financial reporting. Create, modify, and inactivate records in NetSuite and Salesforce, analyze data quality and consistency, and collaborate with internal teams to verify updates. Triage and process ticket requests for user issues, resolve cross-functional data problems, and continuously learn technology and AI-enabled tools to improve processes. Support core EST business hours.

•Suggest and help implement process improvements and efficiencies while adhering to defined data standards.
