Sales Associate (Full-Time) - Summit at Fritz Farms

Drive in-store sales by delivering an authentic, guest-first ALO experience centered on product education and the brand’s community and culture. This role supports store leadership by following store goals, leading selling initiatives, and optimizing productivity through ALO’s Flow initiatives. You’ll build daily client relationships, resolve guest needs quickly, help maintain store operations, and support shipment, product flow, and front/back-of-house procedures.
