Job Summary

Deploy and execute commercial and brand activation plans across On Trade and Off Trade channels in Occidente, ensuring flawless implementation of promotions, visibility initiatives, innovation launches, consumer/shopper activations, bundles, and POSM. Coordinate production, deployment, tracking, and activation toolkits, while monitoring KPIs and compliance through reporting and field feedback. Manage activation budgets and support post-activation evaluations with learnings and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead execution and deployment of approved activation plans across On Trade and Off Trade channels.
•Ensure flawless implementation of promotions, visibility initiatives, innovation launches, consumer activations, bundles, and VAPs.
•Coordinate production, deployment, and tracking of POSM and visibility assets, including activation toolkits and execution guides.
•Monitor activation implementation for compliance with execution standards and agreed timelines.
•Coordinate external agencies/suppliers/production partners, track activation KPIs, manage activation budgets, and support post-activation evaluations.

Key Requirements

•English and Spanish required.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in Activation, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Commercial Execution.
•Experience managing activation projects, agencies, and suppliers.
•Experience working with both On Trade and Off Trade channels is preferred.
•Strong project management, stakeholder management, analytical/reporting, and communication/influencing skills.
