Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training; maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and assets
  • •Ensure customer orders are delivered with high quality by executing orders accurately and communicating with customers when issues arise
  • •Guide Operations Associates through their shift, ensuring the team works safely and productively and serving as the point of escalation for daily operations
  • •Support operations in both the warehouse and kitchen, lead day-to-day tasks, and foster professional interactions with team members and customers
  • •Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience and help optimize ongoing operations
