Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate and assess project materials specifications, provide comments/clarifications, and identify risks.
  • •Under guidance of the Material Manager, generate material qualification documents, procurement specifications, and technical reports to ensure compliance.
  • •Develop and maintain a technical library of suppliers/subcontractors and coordinate technical liaison with vendors.
  • •Prepare material submittals and subcontractor pre-qualifications, and assist with consultant/client approval processes.
  • •Prepare tracking schedules and matrix of requirements, support VE (cost savings) identification, and participate in HSE initiatives and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of total experience and 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience in product specification and material testing methodology for civil/architectural work.
  • •Knowledge of local and international specification codes and ability to conduct technical reviews of material requirements.
  • •Ability to prepare material qualification documents, procurement specifications, technical reports, and comparison sheets.
  • •Well-versed in MS Office, AutoCAD, and analytical skills; solid understanding of SAP.
