Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement strategies to support merchant onboarding, growth, and long-term success on TikTok Shop.
•Identify opportunities and operational challenges in the merchant ecosystem and design initiatives to improve merchant performance and platform supply.
•Partner with industry, operations, and product teams to translate strategic initiatives into scalable programs for frontline implementation.
•Leverage product capabilities and platform tools to build scalable solutions that improve merchant enablement and operational efficiency.
•Analyze merchant performance data and ecosystem trends to identify growth opportunities and continuously refine merchant strategies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in e-commerce strategy, marketplace operations, or merchant operations.
•Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, product, merchant success).
•Strong analytical skills to use data to identify business opportunities and inform strategy.
•Experience designing and implementing scalable operational or product solutions (preferred).
