  • •Hire, train, retain, counsel, and educate team members on benefits, compensation, and company policies.
  • •Check daily production orders to ensure customer fulfillment, accurate shipments, record keeping, inventory rotation, and proper product coding.
  • •Ensure all workstations are staffed before start-up and that machinery and workstations have passed USDA inspection.
