Build client-side software for Emerson PACSystems technologies used by engineers and operators in discrete and hybrid manufacturing. •Collaborate with teammates on design and code reviews and participate in Agile sprint planning and retrospectives.

•Develop software using modern tools and frameworks with AI-assisted development workflows; debug and validate on unreleased products and field issues.
•Iterate on team processes and ways of working by adopting and refining AI-enabled development practices.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field with 7+ years of relevant software development experience, or a Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
•Proven experience designing and developing client-side software applications using JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, or similar languages.
•Experience integrating with or interfacing against real-time systems, embedded controllers, or industrial communication protocols.
•Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
•Use modern spec-driven approaches to author and refine structured software specifications.
