Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with peers on design and code reviews and actively participate in Agile activities like sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • •Partner with product managers and subject matter experts to understand industrial automation requirements and convert them into precise software specifications.
  • •Author and refine structured, spec-driven software specifications to accelerate delivery and reduce ambiguity.
  • •Develop software using modern tools, frameworks, and AI-assisted workflows; debug and validate unreleased products and field issues.
  • •Iterate with the scrum team to improve processes, tools, and ways of working, including adoption and refinement of AI-enabled development practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science (or related STEM) with 7+ years of relevant software development experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Proven experience designing and developing client-side software applications using JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, or similar languages.
  • •Experience integrating with or interfacing against real-time systems, embedded controllers, or industrial communication protocols.
  • •Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
  • •Experience using AI-assisted and spec-driven development workflows, including structured specification languages (e.g., OpenAPI, Protobuf, GraphQL schemas, JSON Schema).
