Key Responsibilities

  • •Triage product issues to help inform the product backlog
  • •Perform bug/defect testing and research, and provide tactical support and ad-hoc research aligned to product strategy
  • •Engage with frontline leaders and team members to solicit and incorporate feedback into product planning
  • •Conduct product meetings, complete product tracking/analysis reports, and report progress, issues, and risks to management and business owners
  • •Develop and maintain business rules; support test data, test plan, and test scenarios

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, aviation management, communications, or related fields
  • •2+ years of relevant work experience
  • •Preferred: 3 years of relevant industry experience
  • •Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Rally or other product/project tracking tools
  • •Knowledge of corporate policies and operational processes and procedures
