Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, guide, and lead a process engineering team; coach, delegate, review technical work, and ensure execution standards.
  • •Own the manufacturing build readiness process and “Clear to Build” (CTB) milestones before production begins.
  • •Take explicit ownership of Manufacturing Bills of Materials (MBOMs) and translate Engineering BOMs (EBOMs) into production-ready MBOMs.
  • •Partner with the PLM Administrator on PLM implementation, rollout, and ongoing support; train and optimize the team as critical end-users.
  • •Provide final oversight on interpreting complex mechanical/electrical design documentation and coordinate with Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Project teams to resolve technical blockers and migrate manufacturing data.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or related).
  • •7+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial, or process engineering.
  • •2+ years of direct people management experience.
  • •Expert ability to read, interpret, and review fabrication drawings, electrical schematics, and complex Engineering Bills of Materials.
  • •Deep experience managing MBOMs and working within ERP systems; PLM implementation experience preferred.
